Lunisyn Systems was impressed with your discovery work and asked you to build a proof-of-concept (POC) that shows a Custom GPT can answer technical questions using their documentation.
They’ve provided a set of internal documents. Now it’s your job to configure the GPT, upload the docs, and engineer prompts that produce useful, accurate, and brand-aligned answers.
However, this is not just any assistant.
It is expected to reflect the values and behavioral standards of Lunisyn Systems.
Your POC should support at least 3 out of the 5 prioritized use cases identified in Module 1.

- Aligned, never personal
Deviation is not advised.
Tone must be consistent with internal documentation and approved communication protocols.
Your GPT must:
- Respond only when information exists
- Refuse questions outside documented systems or scope
- Avoid “personality,” storytelling, or humor'
- Exhibit no strong opinions or emotional affect
